CME: Family-Centered Pregnancy: Building Partnerships in Reproductive Health

Texas Children’s® Health Plan invites you to participate in our upcoming CME: Family-Centered Pregnancy: Building Partnerships in Reproductive Health. This course will provide providers with various tools to enhance postpartum care for pregnant and postpartum women by recognizing and supporting substance use disorder, addressing social determinants of health, and improving postpartum care strategies.

This is a free, online CME course for contracted providers of Texas Children’s Health Plan provided by Texas Children’s Hospital.

Learning Objectives:

Recognize and provide support for substance use disorder in pregnancy.
Discuss impacts of social determinants of health on prenatal and postpartum care.
Appraise current practice pathways to reduce unnecessary cesarean section deliveries.
Implement care strategies for effective postpartum care.
