As a contracted provider with Texas Children's Health Plan, we invite you to join us at events and explore training opportunities. These are available throughout the year and give providers the opportunity to learn about health plan and healthcare changes and updates.
Ensure that providers are able to successfully recognize and prevent abuse and maltreatment in pediatric patients.
Click here to access the online training platform. You will be asked to complete a guestbook registration prior to accessing the presentation. The training is 14 minutes in length. This training will show you where to find the utilization management (UM) resources online, process for UM procedures like appeals, and more. It is important that you have the accompanying presentation available here.
Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) invites you to join our quarterly Provider Advisory Group (PAG). We will hold our next session in September. We have updated the organization of the sessions. We will now hold one session for all three Service Delivery Areas combined each quarter. Sessions will be held online as a Microsoft Teams event and begin at 12:00PM (Noon) until 1:30PM CST.

What to Expect: Our Provider Advisory Group (PAG) will be a town hall for all network providers in each SDA for TCHP to present on important topics. You will have an opportunity to receive updates quarterly and provide feedback to TCHP on healthcare industry topics and learn more about your TCHP resources. PAG session participants include Texas Children’s Health Plan Providers and staff. We value your opinion and are looking forward to hearing from you! An agenda will be sent to all registrants in advance.
