Registration Available for HHSC EVV Policy Training Webinars for Program Providers, FMSAs and CDS Employers

Attention: STAR Kids Providers/Consumer Directed Services employers, and FMSA Providers

Webinar dates: October 5 or 19 and November 2

Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) encourages provider’s attendance at the upcoming webinars hosted by Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). This training will cover Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) policy training. The intended audience is program providers; financial management services agencies (FMSAs) and Consumer Directed Services (CDS) employers in order to complete the EVV Policy Handbook training requirement.

Webinar Registration information

• Initial EVV Policy Training Webinar: For program providers and FMSAs new to EVV due to the EVV Cures Act Home Health Care Services implementation (PDF).
  • Register for Oct. 5, 2–3:30 p.m. webinar.
• Annual EVV Policy Training Webinars: For program providers, FMSAs and CDS employers currently using EVV for personal care services (PDF).
  • CDS employers register for Oct. 19, 2–3:30 p.m. webinar.
  • Program providers and FMSAs register for Nov. 2, 2–3:30 p.m. webinar.

Program providers, FMSAs and CDS employers can also complete the EVV policy training requirement on the HHS Learning Portal.

The EVV Required Training Checklists (PDF) will help track completed EVV trainings.

Register for EVV GovDelivery to receive EVV notices by email, such as training updates and future webinar registrations.
