Recognizing Abuse and Enhancing Care through Trauma-Informed Practices
Ensure that providers are able to successfully recognize and prevent abuse and maltreatment in pediatric patients.
Texas Children’s® Health Plan invites you to participate in our upcoming CME: Prevent and Protect: Recognizing Abuse and Enhancing Care through Trauma-Informed Practices. Providers will learn how to recognize the signs of potential abuse and maltreatment in children, as well as identify risks and factors contributing to child abuse and incorporate trauma-informed care into practice, to better support patients.
This is a free, online CME course for contracted providers of Texas Children’s® Health Plan provided by Texas Children’s® Hospital.
