The table below compares the changes to our Healthy Rewards Program that will take effect on September 1, 2025. Please note this is only a summary of changes. Image  Prenatal Visit Reward | Redeem a $25 reward card when you complete at least one prenatal visit during your pregnancy. Reward can be requested up to 30 days after the end of the eligible year. Eligible members: CHIP, STAR, and STAR Kids pregnant members who complete at least one prenatal visit during their pregnancy. | Timeframe to complete a prenatal visit has changed to within the first trimester or within 42 days of enrolling with Texas Children’s Health Plan to claim the $25 reward card. Image  Portable Crib/Playpen | A portable crib that doubles as a playpen at no cost. The portable crib can be requested up to 15 days after the end of the eligible year. Eligible members: CHIP, STAR, and STAR Kids members who notify Texas Children’s Health Plan of their pregnancy any time during their third trimester. | Expecting moms can still request a portable crib during the third trimester, but first they must complete at least one online baby care and birth class during their pregnancy. Image  ADHD Management Reward | Receive a $25 reward card for members ages 6 to 12 who have been newly diagnosed with ADHD, are prescribed ADHD medication and complete a 30-day follow up visit after initial diagnosis. Reward can be requested up to 30 days after the end of the eligible year. Eligible members: STAR and STAR Kids members who are newly diagnosed with ADHD and are prescribed medication to treat their ADHD symptoms.
