Texas Children’s Health Plan invites you to Come trick-or-treat in your favorite outfit, get goodies and enjoy family fun at the Fall Fest!

The annual Fall Fest will also include: 

  • Live music and dancing
  • Free food for all guests
  • Hay rides and photo booths
  • Games, arts and crafts and face painting
  • Prizes for all of our trick-or-treaters
  • Children’s fun area with door prizes
  • You can also get your flu vaccine and get Information on how to stay flu free this fall!
