Beaumont
Saturday, July 20, 2024
Time: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Location: Dr. Mae Jones-Clark Elementary - 3525 Cleveland Ave, Beaumont, TX 77703
Our fairs will include:
- Healthy Hub Stations offering Well-Child Checkups for children1
- Baby Depot Area with resources on well child, pregnancy checkups and diapers for babies present.
- Free backpacks and school supplies for children present at the event.2
- Information on how to renew and/or apply for CHIP/Medicaid.
- Family fun, face painting, giveaways, games, characters, community resources and much more!

The event is held outdoors and weather permitting. Please wear appropriate clothing, sunscreen and stay hydrated.
1 All health screenings are limited and on a first-come, first served basis.
2 Limited quantities on school supplies and backpacks. All children receiving a backpack must be present and provided while supplies last.
Pasadena

Location: La voz que Clama - 403 Austin Ave, Pasadena, TX 77052
Our fairs will include:
- Healthy Hub Stations offering Well-Child Checkups, dental, vision, blood pressure monitoring, glucose checks and vaccines1 for children and adults.
- Baby Depot Area with resources on well child, pregnancy checkups and diapers for babies present.
- Free backpacks and school supplies for children present at the event.2
- Information on how to renew and/or apply for CHIP/Medicaid.
- Family fun, face painting, giveaways, rides, characters, community resources and much more!

1 Texas Children’s Mobile Unit is a Texas Vaccines for Children (VFC) provider. Non-member children 0 to 18 years of age are eligible to receive vaccines through our program if they have no insurance, have insurance that does not cover vaccines, or have Medicaid. Vaccine services will be from 10 am - 12 pm and appointments are required by calling 832-824-6355. For questions about VFC eligibility, please call 832-372-9871. Please bring all immunization records. Eligible children must be accompanied by their parent or guardian. Vaccines are limited by supply, staffing and time.

Tyler
