SafeRide Health (SRH) is the new provider for all NEMT rides to doctor appointments and pharmacy visits.

Depending on your needs, rides may include wheelchair-lift-equipped vehicles, stretcher vans, minivans, or ambulatory vans. Please let SRH know what type of ride you need when scheduling.

SafeRide Health (SRH) es el nuevo proveedor de todos los servicios de transporte médico que no son de emergencia (NEMT, por sus siglas en inglés) hacia consultas médicas y farmacias.

Según tus necesidades, los servicios de transporte pueden incluir vehículos con elevador para sillas de ruedas, camionetas con camilla, minivans o camionetas ambulatorias. Por favor, informa a SRH qué tipo de transporte necesitas al programar tu traslado.

Celebrate Día del Niño with a health fair and family fun!

Texas Children’s Health Plan invites you, your family, and the larger community to our Día del Niño Celebration.

This day highlights the magic of childhood and encourages children’s health and safety. Our celebration will include:

  • Healthy Hub Stations: Get vision, dental, glucose, and blood pressure health screenings.
  • Baby Depot Area: Get information on Well-Child Checkups, pregnancy and postpartum health resources, and diapers for babies present at the event.
  • Character Appearance: Character Appearance: Meet and take pictures with Woody and Buzz Lightyear from Disney's and Pixar's Toy Story movies.
  • Application Assistance: Get help with renewing and/or applying for CHIP/Medicaid coverage.
  • Family Fun: Enjoy face painting, community resources, giveaways and more!

¹All health screenings, giveaways, diapers and activities are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis and while supplies last. Event is weather permitting. Parent or guardian must accompany eligible children to receive any health screening or vaccine. Baby or pregnant woman must be present to receive diapers.
