We want your honest feedback on how Texas Children’s Health Plan can improve the way we care for our members.
Our Member Advisory Group meetings are a great opportunity to ask questions and share ideas on how we can improve. Members and their parents may attend at no cost. Member Advisory Group meetings are held online and participants include Health Plan members, staff and community partners.

How do I claim my card?
Register and attend a virtual Member Advisory Group meeting.
Once you have joined the online meeting, submit your name in the meeting chat.
Who is eligible?
CHIP, STAR, and STAR Kids members who attend the Member Advisory Group meetings during January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
Restriction and limitations may apply. Eligible participants may receive one (1) card per household per meeting, not to exceed $40/year. Valid from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
