Continuing Education Credit: Immunizations

Call to action: Primary Care Providers as well as other interested healthcare professionals are encouraged to participate in this online course provided by the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS). How this impacts providers: The goal of this module is to equip Texas Health Steps providers and other interested health-care professionals information to apply the CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) immunization schedules and recommendations, tips and recommendations to counsel parents about immunizations, and employ best practices for vaccine administration, storage, handling and reporting.
