SafeRide Health (SRH) is the new provider for all NEMT rides to doctor appointments and pharmacy visits.

Depending on your needs, rides may include wheelchair-lift-equipped vehicles, stretcher vans, minivans, or ambulatory vans. Please let SRH know what type of ride you need when scheduling.

SafeRide Health (SRH) es el nuevo proveedor de todos los servicios de transporte médico que no son de emergencia (NEMT, por sus siglas en inglés) hacia consultas médicas y farmacias.

Physician Incentive Program Payment Delay

We are very sorry to inform you that our Physician Incentive Program payment, targeting Well- Child Visits in the First 15 Months of Life, has been delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience that this delay may cause.

The data for Well-Child Visits in the First 15 Months of Life is being reviewed and validated by a certified vendor. We anticipate being able to deliver the EOP and payment in early July, and will send you a follow-up communication as soon as we have the finalized details.

We want to thank the providers who have worked with us on this. We are always looking for ways to improve our programs, and your feedback is an invaluable part of that process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
